FITNESS: AT-HOME WORKOUTS
Highly effective workouts designed by Carrie Dorr (founder of Pure Barre). The workouts are challenging yet taught in a way that is easy to follow. Workouts range from 10-40 minutes and include programs with cardio + strength training, just strength training and stretch and recovery. All workouts can be done with little to no equipment.
NUTRITION
Smart exercise is one part of the equation, but nutrition is equally important. Each week you will receive a partial meal plan consisting of 2 healthy breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes. The recipes are simple, with 10 ingredients or less, and delicious so the whole family can enjoy. The Nutrition Tips are designed to build your knowledge, remove guesswork and help you integrate healthy and sustainable eating habits.
PERSONAL GROWTH
In addition to how you move your body and what you put in it, you will receive a weekly Personal Growth Exercise. The mental and emotional piece of whole health is often overlooked and is critical for living optimally. The exercises and practices you will receive are practical. They touch on a variety of topics and will empower you to grow your mindset, find your calling, increase productivity, live a life of passion and purpose and help you make the shifts you need to be present and stay on-course.

Life Smart x Carrie Dorr app requires a paid subscription in order to access video content. Subscription plans can be purchased at either monthly or yearly intervals.
